How do I receive the order?

After your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with all the details of it. You can check the details of your order in your customer area.

Depending on the delivery address, Neuroevolution guarantees the following conditions for shipment:

Portugal:

- Shipping Method: CTT, DHL or TNT;

- Delivery time: 3 - 5 working days;

- Delivery charges: Free for orders more than 100€ (VAT exclud.)

Azores and Madeira:

- Shipping Method: CTT, DHL or TNT;

- Delivery time: 5 - 10 working days;;

- Delivery charges: Free Free for orders more than 100€ (VAT exclud.)

Europe:

- Shipping Method:  CTT, DHL or TNT;

- Delivery Time: 5 - 15 working days;

- Delivery charges: Free Free for orders more than 100€ (VAT exclud.)

Other Countrys:

- Shipping Method:  CTT, DHL or TNT;

- Delivery Time: 5 - 15 working days;

- Delivery charges: a aditional payment will be requires after order confirmation.

All orders are shipped and delivered on working days.

Orders made during the weekend or holidays are considered to be made on the business day immediately following.

It is with these assumptions that delivery times are guaranteed.

Returns

The customer must confirm the contents of the order before its reception. Acceptance of it presupposes that all items were in due amounts and conditions.

Neuroevolution has a Satisfaction or Return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, you may, within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving the order, freely resolve the purchase agreement entered into through our online store, provided that you return the products Purchased under the same conditions as those at the time of delivery.

If any accessory is damaged, missing or costly due to customer, the value of such parts will be withdrawn at the value to be returned according to prices in force at the time of purchase.

For the sake of safety, all cartridges and liquid ordered may not be returned, as they could have been tampered with without the knowledge of Neuroevolution. If these cartridges or liquid are part of a product, the value of the cartridges or liquid will be calculated according to the sales prices separately, in force at the time of ordering.

All offers included with the returned product must also be returned. If they are not, the value of such offers will be withdrawn at the amount to be returned, according to prices in force at the time of ordering.

For the purposes of returns, the contacts and addresses provided in the "Contacts" link must be used. The customer may opt for full refund of the amount paid or replacement for other products, with corresponding adjustment of missing or excess amounts.

All refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer or check, with the account holder or to the order, respectively, of who is assigned to the payment method used, when applicable. Refunds will be made within 72 working hours after receipt of the products at the address for the purpose.

You should always return the products in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and the respective purchase invoice. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly package the products so that the products are not damaged during transportation. The costs that the customer can have with the returns are at the customer expense. If the products returned represent damages attributable to the customer, Neuroevolution reserves the right to discount the costs associated with such damages.
